My weird apartment



So I kind of wandered into what was, at some point in the past, the "exercise center" of my apartment complex. Two pieces of machinery in there, both heavily rusted, one with a copyright of 1972. Couldn't find a date on the other. Also in there... A copy for the insurance policy for the apartment building in 1994. At that time it was owned by ... yet another company. Also found a letter to a departed tenant requesting $10 in due rent. It also included said tenants full social security number and other info. The room is partially gutted and water damaged. Funny stuff this apartment complex of mine. Still can't find anything about it in the LexisNexis, nor in the other full text archives I have access to.
