Oh, and apple is the single
greatest company ever.
So, the
insulation on the cord that goes from my ipod remote to my ipod had started to
pull back, exposing the wires inside. This is because of the way I wear it
under my jacket, that part of the cord gets bent and pulled on. Anyways, I
figured I needed to buy a new one, but I called Apple just in case. The guy
just asked for my phone number, I explained my issue and he said "Oh, so I need
to send you a new remote?" and I said "uh, ok!" He put me on hold while he
actually went and packed the box himself. It'll be here thursday! All for
free! How cool is that?
Every now and
again it's nice to have non-outsourced tech support.
