I bought new shoes!



Oh, and the semester started.

But most importantly, I bought myself new shoes without anyone having to drag me to the store. I thought "These shoes aren't looking so good... they're kinda falling apart... " and so I went to REI and bought some shoes. Salomon's this time. Yay!

So, the semester then...

All my classes are good.

The "City in Film" class will probably be the weakest, since it's full of people like me who are taking it because it's writing intensive and upper division.

Digital Audio is going to be really good I think, though the first reading was a bit of a flashback to 2 years of computer science class. Twos complement and floating point binary...

Early modern political thought is going to be very interesting. We're starting off with Machiavelli, then on to Hobbes and Montesquieu and the rest.

Pre-Production will be cool because it's full of people who have done classes at the studio in the past. Plus classes with martin are always good.

But most importantly, I got new shoes.
