Up bloody early



So I woke up at 6:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. Grumble grumble grumble. Oh well, have to be in to work in an hour or so anyways

I figured I'd blog about Thursday actually, even though it was, two days ago....

Had a shoot at the triple rock. I couldn't join in till about 9:00, and by that point the interviews were done and all, so I shant write about the shoot itself but instead about how pleasant it was to get to sit for a while with Arden, Jon and Martha after the show. Having a grilled cheese, chatting, laughing, all that, just very nice. The Triple Rock is an inviting place for that sort of thing. Makes me wish I went more often.

I bought "The Second Coming of Steve Jobs" as an audio book from iTunes Music Store. I'm happy they have audiobook's now (from audible.com) along with tons of NPR content and stuff. $4/episode is a bit much for Car Talk, but that's what Audible charges so I can't blame Apple. Listening to an audio book this way is pretty cool. I can listen on my computer, then sync my ipod and it picks up where my computer left off. Listen on the ipod and sync back, my computer picks up where the ipod left off. And of course, it All Just Works(tm). The new Gift Certificates and "Allowance" features are nice. I kind of like Dave's idea of giving himself a monthly allowance that automatically gets credited to his account. Maybe I'll do that.

Oh well, time to... waste time for an hour before work. Ugh.
